Finishing line stacking equipment for continuous rolling mills. After the steel pipe completes the length measurement and marking process, it begins to enter the packaging process. The stacking process adopts automatic program control, which can realize steel pipe feeding, steel pipe alignment, steel pipe count collection, steel pipe traverse, steel pipe into row, hexagonal package. The stacking and hex packages are traversed in the whole process, and then the hexagonal package, weighing, and storage are performed.
The number of each bundle of steel pipes and the size of the stacking can be set through the touch screen interface.
Comprehensive database management functions include counting, arranging and stacking in time, as well as data reflecting each bundle of steel tubes.
The PLC program and touch screen system diagnose and alarm problems with the stacking system.
Equipment composition:
Stacking and forming equipment shall be made up of reclaiming and feeding device, steel pipe counting and collecting device, alignment device, steel pipe into row discharging device, hexagonal stacking and forming device, stacking and forming transfer device, baler, weighing and transfer storage.
